1. 1. Our"Provider" Status
   Moriarty Trade ("Site") is a service provider under § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. User content is published"as is"; no pre-moderation is performed.
2. 2. How to File a Notice of Infringement
   If you are a copyright holder, send a letter to with the following information:
   • Your full name (or company name), postal address, phone, and email;
   • Identification of the protected work (e.g., ISBN, DOI, official URL);
   • Direct link (URL) to the page where the allegedly infringing material is posted;
   • A good faith statement that the use is not authorized by law or the copyright owner;
   • Phrase:"I swear under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner";
   • Personal or digital signature.
   Incomplete or inaccurate requests will not be processed.
3. 3. Processing Procedure
   
   • Within 30 business days of receiving a valid notice, access to the material is temporarily blocked;
   • We notify the user-author (if contact details are available);
   • If a counter-notice is received, content is restored after 10–14 days unless the copyright holder files a lawsuit.
4. 4. Counter-Notice
   The author may send a counter-notice to the same address, stating contact details and a sworn statement of the lawfulness of publication.
5. 5. Disclaimer
   Moriarty Trade does not participate in disputes between parties and is not responsible for losses resulting from removal or restoration of content under the DMCA procedure.
