Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
   This Policy describes how Moriarty Trade ("Site","we") processes users' personal data under the EU GDPR, California CPRA, and other applicable regulations.
2. Data Categories
   We receive and store the following types of information:
   • e-mail address — when subscribing to the newsletter;
   • browser push token — when enabling notifications;
   • cookies and device identifiers (IP address, User-Agent, AdID) — for analytics and advertising;
   • server log files — date, time, requested URL, response code.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
   Personal data is processed only if there is a legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR:
   • e-mail newsletters — consent (para. 1 (a));
   • personalized advertising — consent;
   • traffic analytics — consent/ legitimate interest (para. 1 (f));
   • protection from spam and abuse — legitimate interest;
   • compliance with legal obligations — legal obligation (para. 1 (c)).
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
   We use Google Analytics and Google Ads. Unless the user gives explicit consent in the banner, advertising and analytics cookies are not set; the service works in Consent Mode v2 ("limited ads"). See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Mailings and Push Notifications
   Each email contains an"Unsubscribe" link. Push notifications can be turned off in browser settings at any time.
6. Data Recipients
   The following have access to information:
   • Google LLC (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA, etc.);
   • other contractors with a Data Processing Agreement with us.
   Personal data is not sold to third parties.
7. International Transfers
   For EEA users, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or equivalent guarantees.
8. Data Storage Periods
   
   • e-mail addresses and push tokens — until unsubscribed + 30 days (backup);
   • server logs — 180 days;
   • Google Analytics data — 18 months.
9. Data Protection
   We use TLS 1.3, multi-factor authentication for the admin panel, daily backups, and access logging. Staff regularly undergo information security training.

    You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability (GDPR Art. 15–20), and opt out of advertising tracking (CPRA). Send requests to

    California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of identifiers for advertising by opening the ad opt-out menu.

    Content is intended for persons 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA).

    We may update this document periodically. The new version takes effect once published on the Site.
