1. Acceptance of Terms
   By visiting Moriarty Trade ("Site"), you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you disagree — immediately stop using the Site and products.
2. Age Limitation
   Services are for persons 18+. Minors require parental/guardian control. We are not responsible for actions of minors without such control.
3. Risk Warning and No Recommendations
   Trading crypto assets and derivatives (CFD, perpetual contracts, futures) carries high risk and may lead to total capital loss. Leverage increases both profit and loss. You do not own underlying assets. Past returns do not guarantee future ones. All information (including VIP signals, AI trading, ROI calculators) is for educational purposes only and is not individual investment advice.
4. User Content
   Authors retain rights to uploaded materials but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license for storage, publication, and adaptation within the Site. You guarantee the legality of uploaded content.
5. AI Autotrading
   Moriarty AI Autotrade may automatically place orders in its Copytrading Account.
   • User is responsible for balance, leverage, and risks on their account.
   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted algorithm operation or take responsibility for losses due to exchange/server/network failures.
   • Autotrading can be disabled at any time; open positions remain under user control.
6. VIP Signals
   Signals are provided by subscription and are a personalized product.
   • It is forbidden to forward or sell signals to third parties.
   • Violation → immediate blocking without compensation and possible legal action.
7. API Access
   REST/ WebSocket API is available by subscription.
   • Keys are personal; transfer/sale to third parties is prohibited.
   • Reverse engineering, scraping, spoofing, and rate-limit exceeding are forbidden.
   • Endpoints may be changed without notice for security or optimization.
8. Payment, Subscription & Refunds
   Subscriptions activate after confirmed payment and renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled 24h before the period ends.
   • New users may request a refund within 7 days of first payment if no Terms violations.
   • Renewals and partially used periods are non-refundable.
9. Trials and Promotions
   Trial (e.g., 7 days/ 1 USDT) and"0% commission 48h" promos are available once per account and do not renew after expiration.
10. Result Guarantee and Extension
    If cumulative P/L on our signals is negative in the first 30 days, we will extend the subscription free for the same term upon submission of exchange report/screenshots.
11. Profit-Share Commission (Profit-Share Plans)
    In START/ TRADER/ PRO/ INVESTOR plans, a commission is charged only from positive net results.
    • Settlement — 1st of each month in USDT.
12. Marketing Materials and ROI Calculators
    Data is based on historical stats and is illustrative only; not a promise of returns.
13. Limited Offer Timers
    Countdown timer sets a personal deadline in the user's browser and may differ on other devices.
14. Prohibited Activities
    Illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, pornographic content; IP violation; DDoS; bypassing protections; collecting personal data without consent; spam; phishing; unauthorized access attempts. Violation → blocking and content removal without notice.
15. DMCA
    We comply with § 512 DMCA. Notice-and-Takedown procedure described in the DMCA Policy.
16. Monetization & Affiliate Links
    Google ads and affiliate links may appear on the Site; clicking may generate a commission with no price increase for users.
17. Privacy & GDPR
    
    • Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS gateways; we do not store it.

    Site, signals, AI-trading, and API are provided"as is". We are not liable for direct/indirect losses even if advised of the possibility.
19. Indemnity
    You agree to defend us and partners from claims/losses relating to your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
20. Jurisdiction & Arbitration
    Disputes → 30-day pretrial settlement. Then — International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) via simplified procedure. Arbitration decision is final.
21. Changes to Terms
    We may update this document without notice. By continuing to use the Site, you accept the new version.
